You receive copyright in your custom product and code under the transfer procedure defined in our contract.
We deliver what is agreed in the Project Order. This usually includes code, user documentation and completed user training. Third-party modules are paid for by you and acquired for you from the outset.
We manage the project in our work-tracking system and give you access to view tasks and leave comments. This helps you follow the work and discuss questions with the team.
At the end of each month, you can receive a timesheet showing the team’s actual time spent on your tasks.
After launch, we sign a support agreement that defines the SLA, communication process and timeframes for resolving issues.
We stay in touch through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Slack calls or another convenient channel agreed with you.
