Monthly hosting
Your user range and company country determine the base price. Community Shared receives 30% off that base. Production, 40 GB disk and basic monitoring are included.
Monthly extras
Daily backups +€10; Daily + Weekly +€20; Staging +€10; Test + Staging +€20/month. Managed backups include 30 GB of data; each started additional 10 GB adds €5/month.
One-time services
Self setup €0. ERPixel setup €200, including Domain & SSL. With self setup, optional Domain & SSL costs €200 separately. Domain registration and renewal are separate.

What is the difference between Shared and Dedicated hosting?
Community hosting runs on a shared server and receives 30% off base hosting. Enterprise hosting uses a separate server for your company. Server access and the resource configuration are agreed in the service scope; Shared hosting does not promise full root access.
How is the Community discount calculated?
We reduce the base hosting charge by 30%, including its country adjustment. Backups, staging, test environments and one-time services keep their regular prices. For example, 6–20 users in Germany with Daily backups and Staging cost €68/month on Enterprise Dedicated or €53.60/month on Community Shared, excluding VAT.
Is the Enterprise licence included?
No. The calculator estimates hosting and selected services. Odoo Enterprise licence fees and implementation are separate costs.
Are backups included in base hosting?
Managed backups are optional. Choose Daily or Daily + Weekly in the calculator. Both paid plans include up to 30 GB of production data; each started additional 10 GB adds €5/month. The 40 GB disk allocation is separate from backup pricing.
Can I have staging and test environments?
Yes. Staging adds €10/month; Test + Staging adds €20/month. The production environment is included in every base hosting plan.
Can I choose the server location?
You can select a preferred region in Germany, Finland, the United States or Singapore, or leave Auto selected. The preferred region does not change the price. The final location depends on infrastructure availability and performance.
How many CPU cores and how much RAM will I get?
The user range is a pricing input, not a guaranteed server capacity. We agree resources against your modules, concurrent activity, integrations, background jobs and data volume. Disk space above the included 40 GB requires a separate quote. Read the Odoo server sizing guide
Can you migrate my existing Odoo installation?
Include your migration requirements when discussing the quote. We assess the existing installation and agree the work separately; migration is not included in the numeric hosting estimate.
